STEVE ELLOWAY, PRESIDENT
Mr. Elloway has over 25 years’ experience in the drilling industry. Mr. Elloway has worked internationally on numerous high profile projects and has a broad and deep background in the drilling industry. He is experienced in managing specialty drilling projects located in various types of climates and geographic conditions. In addition to his general drilling background, Mr. Elloway has over 20 years’ experience in the mining industry and has managed the operations of several successful private and public companies.
CASSANDRA ELLOWAY, CFO
Mrs. Elloway is not only co-founder of American Drilling but is also a co-founder of American Mining & Tunneling, where she additionally serves as CFO. Prior to starting American Drilling Corp. Mrs. Elloway served as CFO of a publicly traded exploration drilling company from 2006 to 2008, where she managed the transition from privately held to publicly traded. Cassandra also has 12 years of audit experience in public accounting, and is a licensed CPA.
ALEX M. DEEDS, VP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Mr. Deeds has a vast knowledge of both surface and underground drilling. He has a history of successfully managing projects for a vast array of clients including engineering and consulting companies, numerous junior exploration companies as well as majority of the world’s largest mining companies. Prior to joining American Drilling Corp. Mr. Deeds held positions with multiple international drilling companies, where he managed operations, business development, and contract administration.
PHIL COWLES, OPERATIONS MANAGER
Phil Cowles offers our clients a wealth of experience and knowledge with over 15 years’ experience specifically in exploration drilling. Cowles was recently awarded Nevada Mining Associations Safety award as one of the the industry’s leading Project Supervisors.
MARK CARLSON, DIRECTOR OF SAFETY AND HEALTH
For 28 years, Mr. Carlson has been working in the mining industry including serving as an MSHA Mine Inspector. Mark has over 20 years of experience working in multiple management roles. Prior to joining the American team, he served as the Manager of Safety for Nevada Operations at Great Basin Gold.
STEVE TIMMEL, HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Mr. Timmel has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources with global experience in field operations HR support, best practices, standardization and administration. Mr. Timmel started his Human Resources career in mining at one of the largest mining companies in the world. Mr. Timmel continues to manage improvement initiatives around the globe for all of ADC’s operations.
PAUL ELLOWAY, MEXICO OPERATIONS MANAGER
Mr. Elloway has been working internationally in the exploration drilling industry since 1995. He has held various senior management positions in operations including international company startups and management through rapid growth scenarios.
